The countdown to the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl has begun and the preparations are heating up. Miles Printing is participating in the Super Scarves program as a way to provide a warm “thank you” for the 8,000 volunteers who will be participating in the 2012 Super Bowl.

Miles Printing recently issued a challenge to staff members interested in knitting, crocheting or weaving blue and white scarves for Super Bowl volunteers:  knit, crochet or weave as many scarves as you can – even enlisting the help of friends and family. Challenge participants received Super Bowl Host Committee apparel and the staff member who brought in the most scarves won an exciting grand prize. As an added bonus, Miles Printing provided the yarn for each scarf.   We value our staff members’ skills and we take great pride in Indiana by supporting the 2012 Super Bowl in this fun way!

Congratulations to all the participants who were able to produce 21 scarves in just over 3 weeks!  A big congrats goes to Rosalina Muro who won the contest by knitting 9 scarves!
